STATEMENT ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Effective corporate governance has always been a priority to the Board of Directors of ARRM as the Manager of AmanahRaya REIT. The Manager is committed towards ensuring that a high standard of corporate governance is practised throughout the company for the best interest of the unitholders.

In ensuring the implementation and operation of proper corporate governance, ARRM is guided by the measures recommended by the Securities Commission’s Guidelines on Real Estate Investment Trusts, the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance 2012 and the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
