Effective risk management is an integral part of the Manager’s strategic plan. The Manager operates within overall guidelines and specific parameters set by the Board. The risk management framework adopted by the Manager allows it to continuously identify, evaluate, mitigate and monitor risks affecting AmanahRaya REIT and the Manager. The risk management process is integrated in the day-to-day operations of the Manager, allowing a more practical and hands on approach in identifying mitigating strategies.
