Noorbaizura Hermeyney
Chief Operating Officer

Noorbaizura is currently heading the Real Estate Investment Department of AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd ("ARRM"). Noorbaizura graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from University Teknologi Mara in 2002. She is also a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Prior to joining ARRM, she was attached with Naza Group in which her last designation was Corporate Finance & Business Development Manager. She was primarily involved in various investment activities focusing on diverse sectors including automotive, real estate, parking management, education as well as food and beverage.

She started her career as an audit associate in Ernst & Young where she spent approximately 4 years with the firm in which her last designation was as Assistant Manager. During her tenure at Ernst & Young, she was primarily in charge of statutory audits in various industries that include investment properties, construction, property development, telecommunication, manufacturing, and water concessionaries.

In early 2008, Noorbaizura joined KLCC Property Holdings Berhad, which is the property arm of PETRONAS Group. In KLCC, she was one of the integral personnel responsible in setting up the inaugural risk management framework for the Group and she was also part of the team engaged on Investor Relation matters. Noorbaizura was also tasked to monitor and oversee the performances of all hotels, retail and facility management companies under the Group's portfolio. She was also primarily involved in developing the business plans for a few subsidiaries in KLCC Group.

KUSUMA DEWI ABD AZIZ
Head of Investment

Kusuma Dewi graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Queensland, Australia in 1997. She is also a member of CPA (Australia) and Malaysia Institute of Accountant.

She began her career as an accounting professional in a FMCG multinational company. Prior to joining ARRM, Kusuma was an accomplished accountant at Amanah Raya Berhad. During her 13 years stint, she has managed various portfolios within Amanah Raya Group including legacy management, institutional trust, asset management and fund management including REIT. Her strength is mainly on financial analysis and process integration and improvement.

Determined to develop her interest in the property industry, she is now responsible to ensure growth of ARREIT by acquiring value accretive properties and develop investment strategies for long term sustainability.

PREMJIT SINGH
Head of Legal & Compliance

Premjit is presently leading the Legal & Compliance Department of AmanahRaya REIT Managers Sdn Bhd (“ARRM”).

Prior to his employment with ARRM, he was employed by Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (“PAAB”) as a Senior Legal Executive. During his tenure at PAAB, he was entrusted and undertook the role of Acting Head of Legal. He was responsible to provide legal advice to the business as a whole that primarily deals with construction and land acquisitions. He was also directly involved in negotiations with the Federal Government and respective State Governments. Additionally, he advised the business on legal matters involving RM 20 Billion sukuk held by a Special Purpose Vehicle, Pengurusan Air SPV Berhad.

Prior to joining PAAB, Premjit was attached with Navin & Co LLP, a full service litigation firm in Singapore that specialises in maritime law.

Premjit has completed Bachelors of Laws, LLB (Hons), from University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. Currently, he is pursuing his Masters of Laws, LLM, with University Malaya.

Mahathir Mohamad Supian
Acting Head of Property Management

Mahathir Mohamad Supian started his career with AmanahRaya REIT Managers Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Manager in Investment Department on September 2011 and was subsequently promoted as Acting Head of Property Management in November 2016.

He is responsible for the management of all properties in AmanahRaya REIT which includes the building and maintenance management as well as asset enhancement initiatives. He works closely with the Head of Investment on valuation matters regarding existing and new properties.

Mahathir holds a Bachelor of Estate Management from the Universiti Teknologi Mara, Shah Alam, Selangor.
